What an amazing afternoon of creativity, talent, and entertainment at our Child Month 2026 Nursery Rhymes Production!
Children captivated the audience as they brought beloved nursery rhymes and storybook characters to life through song, drama, dance, and imaginative performances. This special event highlighted the importance of nurturing children's creativity, self-expression, communication skills, and confidence while creating opportunities for learning through engaging and enjoyable experiences.
Nursery rhymes play a vital role in early childhood education and development:
-Through rhythm, repetition, music, and movement, children develop important language and literacy skills,
-enhance their memory and listening abilities,
-build vocabulary,
-strengthen social and emotional development,
-and foster creativity and imagination.
Activities such as these provide children with meaningful opportunities to learn while having fun and expressing themselves.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the staff and students of the preschools, nurseries and daycares on Nevis and everyone who contributed to the success of this production.
