Our Annual Report 2025 is here. πŸ“˜

This year, we set out to answer one question: Are children actually learning more?

The answer, measured in real classrooms across Siem Reap, is yes, with a 76% improvement in student learning outcomes in classes taught by TDSO-trained teachers.

That number belongs to the students. It reflects what happens when teachers shift from lecture-based instruction to methods that get students thinking, speaking, and participating.

In 2025, we also:
βœ… Trained 528 teachers across 195 primary schools
βœ… Reached an estimated 58,000 students in Siem Reap province
βœ… Received formal accreditation from Cambodia's Ministry of Education
βœ… Delivered our first international training programme for 20 teacher educators from Laos
βœ… Launched our national rollout, heading to 17 additional provinces in 2026
