Happy Pchum Ben Festival 🇰🇭🪷. I hope everyone has a beautiful Pchum Ben with their families and friends. I had so much fun today with one of my best friends Mealyann getting dressed in traditional Khmer clothing and doing a photoshoot. She’s well used to photoshoots, I however am not 😅. I promise I smiled for some of the photos 🥰🥰 What are your plans for Pchum Ben Festival? Will you come to Siem Reap?

Here are some short clips from the morning I got out of a four day Vipassana meditation in Cambodia. Actually, minutes after the course finished, when I got my phone back, I was faced with a really difficult situation that triggered me a lot so I went to this temple to meditate and sit with myself. That’s when the work begins. It’s easy to sit in a hall with 70 people and meditate for 8 hours a day and tell yourself that everything’s going to be perfect when you leave, but there’s always work to be done. I’m so grateful for the tools given to me by the venerable monks at មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវិបស្សនាធុរៈខេត្តកែប especially Bhikkhu Kassapa and Noel O. Furrer ❤️🙏🏻
