I guess the real fact of the matter is... we don't know what tomorrow will bring, and the only thing we really have is....right now. So, don't stay mad for too long. Learn to forgive and love with all your heart. Don't worry about people who don't like you. Enjoy the ones who love you.

Surround yourself with souls who manifest their lives. People who change more than they complain. Humans who create more than they consume. Live actively, instead of accepting life as is. Find people chasing down their potential.

Sometimes experience tells you what is not possible.
And that lesson costs you everything.
Slowly, across years of accumulated pattern recognition,
The mind builds a list of things that can't be done,
Obstacles that have to be navigated around.
And the list feels like wisdom.

Flexibility as a leader is important in how we engage with one another. Today, I joined a three-hour discussion session on academic research. Interestingly, the educator leader began by introducing an AI topic and then opened the forum for discussion—but it quickly turned chaotic. This reminded me of the ‘chicken and egg’ theory.

I believe it is essential for leaders to adapt with flexibility in different circumstances, situations, capabilities, and the regions we serve. Technology is moving forward, educational forums are moving forward, and leaders must also move forward. We should be prepared for a good call be an authentic leader with flexibility, and continue to push through.

មកដល់ចំណុចមួយក្នុងជីវិត ពេលនេះគឺ លេងខ្វល់ថាអ្នកណាចូលចិត្ត មិនចូលចិត្ត ហេតុអ្វីបានមនុស្សទាំងនោះមិនចូលចិត្ត ហើយរើសបក្សពួកនិយាយដើមគ្នា ម៉ាពួកគ្នាគេអីនឹង។ ចឹងបានលូវចិត្តខ្ញុំស្ងប់ល្អណាស់!

You've got to a point in life where you don't care who's mad, why they're mad, and who all they are recruiting to be mad with them.

It's peaceful over here.

Here is simply it is: where there’s beauty, there’s jealousy.... hate is from low self-esteem and their own trauma, their own insecurities, nothing to do with you. It’s lonely at the top.

If we could always only do it.

Education is education no matter what shoe size. I’m grateful to share that in my Master's in Education, I achieved outstanding academic results. My final GPA was 3.81/4. Now as a PhD candidate (Educational Planning, Policy, and Management), I’m continuing to grow through hard work, persistence, and learning. I believe progress like this is built on discipline and purpose—and it deserves opportunities for growth.

To everyone working quietly and consistently: keep going. Excellence is not luck; it’s a decision, every day. Stay steady, stay hopeful, and keep creating momentum.

“I don’t know” is the starting line.
Clarity rarely arrives before action.
It forms because of action. Sometimes creating clarity means choosing to move ahead without every detail.

Sometimes it’s simply naming what you DO know and what you DON’T know — and committing to the next step anyway.

Leadership is doing something about it.
