On 26 April 2026, Sisters of Code officially held the first class of our Employment Skills program. 🎉

Our students began their learning journey with energy and curiosity, taking their first steps toward building essential skills for their future careers. It was truly inspiring to see their active participation and strong motivation in class. This is just the beginning of an exciting journey of learning, growth, and self-development. 🚀

Sisters of Code មានមោទនភាពបានរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អបអរសាទរ ទិវាអន្តរជាតិ "ក្មេងស្រីក្នុងវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍និងព័ត៌មាន" នៅកម្ពុជា យ៉ាងជោគជ័យ ដោយមានការចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណជិត ៣០០ នាក់ ដែលក្នុងនោះជាង ៩០% គឺជាក្មេងស្រី និងស្រ្តី។ តួលេខនេះសបញ្ជាក់យ៉ាងច្បាស់ពីការកើនឡើងនៃវត្តមាន និងសក្តានុពលរបស់ក្មេងស្រី និងស្រ្តីក្នុងវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យាគមនាគមន៍ និងព័ត៌មាន ព្រមទាំងបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត។💡

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អបអរសាទរនេះបានផ្តល់នូវវេទិកាដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់សិស្សានុសិស្ស លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ រៀនសូត្រពីគ្នា និងស្វែងរកការបំផុសគំនិតតាមរយៈបទពិសោធន៍ផ្ទាល់ក្នុងវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។

✨ International Girls in ICT Day 2026 in Cambodia ✨

We celebrated the ITU Girls in ICT in Cambodia with approximately 300 participants, including over 90% female, reflecting the strong and growing presence of young women in ICT and AI across the country 🇰🇭💡

The event created a meaningful space where students, educators, and partners came together to learn, share, and be inspired through real stories and hands-on experiences in technology.

📊 Key survey highlights (205 respondents)
- High satisfaction across all sessions including content, speakers, and organization
- Strong increase in confidence in digital skills and ICT careers
- 100% want to join again next year

One clear message stood out, girls in Cambodia are ready not only to use technology but also to question it, improve it, and build it responsibly 🚀

This celebration was made possible through the collaboration of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), Sisters of Code, and IT Academy STEP Cambodia, with generous support from the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED), and valued contributions from Breakthrough, RULErs, and Smart Axiata.
