It’s My Body! 💟 is so happy to be apart of a full day full of events at dedicated to women’s health, knowledge, and community 💜

3 Workshops facilitated by Pharmacie de la Gare - ឱសថស្ថាន ដឺ ឡា ហ្គារ, Advance European Medicare Center - AEMC, and , each designed to give you practical tools, honest conversations, and a space to connect:

Morning (9am–12pm)

In this workshop, we will explore the menstrual cycle using beaded bracelets to make it easier to understand. Participants will also learn how to sew reusable pads and take part in other meaningful hands on crafts.
