Back to January 10th, 2026, the CIBC 12th generation had a bonding trip to Kampot Province for one night and two days after working hard together. This trip gave a sense of hard work, building relationships, friendship, and love.💕

Lastly, thank you to all the 12th generation CIBC members who participated in this trip that created unforgettable memories.⏱️

នៅថ្ងៃទី ៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សមាគមន៍សិស្សនិស្សិតខេមអេដធុរកិច្ចអន្តរជាតិ បានធ្វើដំណើរទៅទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅនៅកសិដ្ឋានម្រេចកំពត ង៉ូវ ហេង ដែលស្ថិតនៅភ្នំវល្លិ៍ ឃុំត្រេីយកោះ ខេត្តកែប។

On November 8, 2025, CamEd International Business Club conducted a field study at Ngov Heng Kampot Pepper Plantation, located in Phnom Vol, Troy Koh Commune, Kep Province.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ngov Heng Kampot Pepper Plantation for giving students the opportunity to learn and explore about the production process of Kampot pepper from cultivation and harvesting to packaging. During the visit, students learned about the four main types of pepper: green, black, red, and white, each with its own unique characteristics and processing methods. The field study also provided insights into quality control, organic farming practices, and international certification systems that contributes to Kampot pepper’s well-established reputation in the market.

This enriching experience allowed students to deepen their understanding of agribusiness operations, sustainable production, and export strategies in real-world agricultural operations.
