From June 11th to 12th, 2022, Learning International School, Kindergarten Campus, organized Parent and Teacher meeting at our school campus as well as virtual meeting through Zoom based on parents’ choice. 95% of the parents who attended the meeting expressed their high satisfaction towards our school’s program and services as well as filled in the survey to provide valuable feedback and suggestions so that we can plan for further improvement.

The school would like to express the sincere appreciation to parents and guardians who attended the meeting as we believe that parents' participation plays a vital role in increasing the student performance.

With our young explorers, this 2022 summer program is more enticing!

Learning Jungle International School has arranged a summer program from June 7, 2022 to July 29, 2022. During this program, students will be equipped with both knowledge and skills based on a number of themes in which the education and fun are consolidated.

They can cultivate creativity and critical thinking by making musical instruments from daily classroom items, understand Khmer sculptures and traditional dances, and have fun through many other activities.

This is a great opportunity for our young explorers to gain the essential knowledge and skills to achieve a learning outcome, which helps motivate them towards success in the next semester.

Happy Khmer New Year!

On the occasion of Khmer New Year 2022, students, teachers, and all staff of Learning Jungle Kindergarten are joyful to welcome the new year by dressing up in Khmer traditional costumes, and participating in fun-filled events.

Students had lots of fun creating arts and crafts activities such as making Tiger-headdress and lanterns, and writing postcards for the new year. They also participated in playing traditional games.

We would like to wish all of our students and their family a happy new year, and safe travel.

Welcome to New Academic Year 2021-2022!

Learning Jungle International School is ready for our new academic year. We have sent home student materials, informed Parents about details of new school year and conducted professional development sessions for teachers and staff to strengthen our quality service.

Our Head of Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Michele Gaddy, a Doctor of Education from the United States has facilitated PD sessions with the main goals below:
(1) Improve teaching and incorporate new teaching strategies
(2) Improve student engagement and ownership of their learning
(3) Improve intervention strategies to support achievement of international benchmarks using MAP as measures

Let's explore the jungle!
LJIS Kindergarten students had loads of fun during the jungle-themed last week of this semester. Through creative activities, students got to explore and learn more about the jungle and the animals that live there. Using an array of arts and crafts skills and techniques, students got to create their very own jungles. Every day they added more layers to their jungle, from hand-print and coloured-in trees and leaves to brightly-coloured butterflies and birds, and magnificent elephants, tigers, monkeys, and crocodiles. They also made their own animal masks, and binoculars to help them spot their favourite jungle creatures.

ថ្ងៃនេះគឺជាថ្ងៃដ៍ពិសេសសម្រាប់សិស្សានុសិស្សយើងទាំងអស់នៅ សាលាអន្តរជាតិលើននីងចាំងហ្គល។ដើម្បីចូលរួមអបអរសាទរទិវាសិទ្ធកុមារ ក្រុមការងារ និង អ្នកគ្រូៗ របស់យើងបានរៀបចំនូវកម្មវិធី ដើម្បីអោយសិស្សានុសិស្ស មានភាពសប្បាយរីករាយ បង្កើតនូវចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្ត និងបន្តុះនូវ ថាមពលវិជ្ជមាន និងសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់។

ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីលក្ខណៈពិសេសរបស់ពួកគេនិមួយៗ សិស្សានុសិស្សបានគូសវាសតាមគ្រោងប្រអប់ដៃរបស់ពួកគេផ្ទាល់។ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពួកគេអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិវិជ្ជមាន សិស្សបានសរសេរពាក្យដូចជា "ស្រឡាញ់" "ចិត្តល្អ" រីករាយ "និង" យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ "នៅលើម្រាមដៃនីមួយៗ។ បន្ទាប់មកពួកគាត់ជ្រើសរើសពាក្យឬ ឃ្លាវិជ្ជមានមួយដើម្បីពិពណ៌នាអំពីខ្លួនគេ - "ខ្ញុំជាមិត្តល្អ", "ខ្ញុំឆ្លាត", "ខ្ញុំស្អាត" ។

Today is a special day for all our students at Learning Jungle. It is the day we honour, recognize and celebrate our students for their uniqueness and individuality. It is the day we show our appreciation for the joy, passion, enthusiasm, energy, and love they bring to our school, and our lives.

To express their individuality, students drew the outline of their own hands. To show them the importance of positive character traits, students wrote words such as "love", "kind", "happy" and "care" on each of their fingers. Students then chose one positive word or phrase to describe themselves – "I am a good friend", "I am smart", "I am beautiful".

You are our future.

From May 28th to 30th, 2021, Learning Jungle International School had organized Parent and Teacher virtual meeting through Zoom to discuss about students’ learning progress and how to help students improve even more in the upcoming semester. Through this meeting, parents are very satisfied with the results of their child's study this semester and thankful to the teachers for the effective online teaching and learning although in the event of the spreading of COVID-19. We would like to express our sincere thankfulness to all the parents and guardians who attended this meeting and for always put their trust in Learning Jungle International School.
