ស្ថាប័នផ្តល់កម្ចីត្រូវវិភាគអតិថិជនរបស់ខ្លួនតាមវិធាន 4 Rights មុននឹង ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់ពួកគេដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. ផ្ដល់ឥណទានត្រូវចំអតិថិជន (Right People)៖ ជាសកម្មភាពមួយដែលស្ថាប័នផ្ដល់ទៅឲ្យអតិថិជនគោលដៅ ឬអតិថិជនដែលស្ថាប័នចង់ធ្វើការវិនិយោគទៅលើពួកគាត់។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតអតិថិជនគោលដៅ គឺជាអ្នកដែលមិនធ្លាប់ប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្ម ឬជាអ្នកដែលមានលក្ខខណ្ឌគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដើម្បីទទួលនូវសេវាកម្ម របស់ស្ថាប័នព្រមទាំងជាអ្នក ដែលប្រកបរបរ ស្របច្បាប់ និងត្រឹមត្រូវ ដោយមិនពាក់ព័ន្ធច្បាប់ មានការ ហាមឃាត់ឡើយ។

៣. ផ្ដល់ឥណទានត្រូវតាមសមត្ថភាព និងតម្រូវការ (Right Amount)៖ វាជាសកម្មភាពមួយ ដែលកើតឡើងក្រោយពេលខាងស្ថាប័ន បានធ្វើការចុះស្រាវជ្រាវរួចដោយធ្វើការវាយតម្លៃទៅលើសមត្ថភាពរបស់គាត់ផ្ទាល់។
