Goal: YDP intends to promote equal educational and vocational opportunities to Cambodian youth to develop their competency. Values: Mistakes are allowed; destructive criticism is forbidden; experimentation is highly encouraged. Motto: Let’s make our own opportunities, not wait for them to happen.
