"ជម្លោះរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជានិងប្រទេសថៃ មិនត្រូវបណ្តោយឱ្យរាលដាលកាន់តែធ្ងន់ធ្ងរឡើយ។ ហេតុដូច្នេះហើយ បទឈប់បាញ់ចាំបាច់ត្រូវតែស្តារឡើងវិញជាបន្ទាន់។

នាងខ្ញុំនឹងបន្តកិច្ចការនេះ ដើម្បីជួយបញ្ចប់វដ្ដនៃការកើនឡើងជម្លោះ។ សហភាពអឺរ៉ុបអាចផ្តល់ជូននូវរូបភាពពីផ្កាយរណប សម្រាប់ការឃ្លាំមើលបទឈប់បាញ់។

នេះគឺជាសារដែលនាងខ្ញុំបានជម្រាបជូនរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនៃប្រទេសថៃ និងកម្ពុជា នៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានាព្រឹកនេះ។"

Statement by Kaja Kallas, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission:

"The conflict between Thailand and Cambodia must not be allowed to spiral further.
That’s why the ceasefire needs to be immediately restored.

I will continue to engage to help get out of the escalation cycle. The EU can offer satellite imagery for ceasefire monitoring.

This is the message I conveyed to Foreign Ministers of Thailand and Cambodia when I spoke to them this morning."

Cambodge/Thaïlande - Escalade des affrontements (14 décembre 2025)

La France exprime ses plus vives préoccupations face à l’escalade des affrontements entre la Thaïlande et le Cambodge. Nous saluons les efforts de la présidence malaisienne de l’ASEAN pour la reprise du dialogue pacifique entre les deux pays. La France soutient l’appel du Premier ministre Anwar Ibrahim à l’établissement d’un cessez-le-feu immédiat et encourage vivement les deux parties à mettre fin sans délai aux combats et reprendre le dialogue, conformément aux dispositions de la déclaration de paix de Kuala Lumpur, en vue d’un règlement pacifique du différend entre les deux pays.
