RUPP - ANGEL

RUPP-ANGEL participated in the AHIBS International Action Conference 2024 (AHIBS-ACT 2024) hosted by UTM from 10-14 June 2024.
This conference is a dynamic platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and industry experts from around the world to exchange ideas, share insights, and explore innovative solutions to pressing challenges in the area of green entrepreneurship and leadership.

UICC hosted a Monitoring Visit for the ASEAN Network for Green Entrepreneurship and Leadership (ANGEL) funded by the Eramus+ Programme at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). The field monitoring was led by Mr. Darren McDermott, an external expertise auditor. The aim of this monitoring visit is to have a better overview of the impact of the project activities, in particular on people, practices, organisations, and systems. Moreover, it aims at understanding whether the partnerships have continued and/or diversified the cooperation activities and if the project results are still used beyond the end of the funding period.

ANGEL National Conference

On May 25th, 2024, the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) in collaboration with the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and University of Southeast Asia funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union, ASEAN Network for Green Entrepreneurship and Leadership-ANGEL, hosted an "ANGEL National Conference" at the CJCC, Royal University of Phnom Penh.

The event brought together relevant stakeholders from ministries, ANGEL partners, European Delegation to Cambodia, RUPP ANGEL trainers, RUPP alumni, students and target community to:

- Promote policy changes towards future green sustainability
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and ideas on encouraging university-led entrepreneurship
- Showcase the "Green Entrepreneurship and Leadership" project at the national and international level
- Share best practices from participating institutions contributing to Cambodia's Sustainable Development Goal.

RUPP and UICC collaboratively with ANGEL under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Higher Education program hosted a workshop on scheme of: Information Days, TTT, Community Training, and Green Innovation Competition at CJCC building, RUPP, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The event is aims to
- To promote policy change towards future Green Sustainability
- To bring together national stakeholders to share knowledge and ideas on encouraging university-led entrepreneurship
- To promote the “Green Entrepreneurship and Leadership” project to national and international level
- To share the “Green Entrepreneurship and Leadership” best practices of each relevant institution that contributes to Cambodia SDGs
