ការិយាល័យទំនាក់ទំនងសហគ្រាស University-Industry Linkage - ITC

សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីឱកាសកម្មសិក្សា និងការងារជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Sailun ទាក់ទាញនិស្សិត ITC ចូលរួមយ៉ាងច្រើន

ភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦៖ ដោយមានការសម្របសម្រួលពីលោកបណ្ឌិត យស់ ផានី អនុប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលស្រាវជ្រាវ និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ការិយាល័យទំនាក់ទំនងសហគ្រាស នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា (UIL–ITC) សហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន Sailun (Cambodia) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ឱកាសកម្មសិក្សា និងការងារ» នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងច្រើនពីនិស្សិត។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានគោលបំណងផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានអំពីក្រុមហ៊ុន Sailun និងបង្ហាញពីឱកាសកម្មសិក្សា និងការងារសម្រាប់និស្សិត និងយុវជនកម្ពុជា។ តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុនបានចែករំលែកអំពីបរិយាកាសការងារ អត្ថប្រយោជន៍សម្រាប់បុគ្គលិក ការរៀបចំកន្លែងស្នាក់នៅ និងការដឹកជញ្ជូន ព្រមទាំងតម្រូវការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកក្នុងមុខតំណែងជាច្រើន រួមមានផ្នែកផលិតកម្ម ផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងគុណភាព (QA) ផ្នែកដឹកជញ្ជូន (Shipping) និងមុខតំណែងផ្សេងៗទៀត។

តាមរយៈសកម្មភាពនេះ វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា បន្តពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញរបស់និស្សិត និងបង្កើនឱកាសការងារស្របតាមតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារ។

Workshop on Internship and Job Opportunities with Sailun Attracts Strong Participation from ITC Students

Phnom Penh, 17 June 2026: Facilitated by Dr. Yos Phanny, Deputy Director of the Research and Innovation Center, the University-Industry Linkage Office of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (UIL–ITC), in collaboration with Sailun (Cambodia), organized a workshop on “Internship and Job Opportunities” at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia. The event attracted strong participation from ITC students.

The workshop aimed to introduce Sailun and provide information on internship and employment opportunities available to Cambodian students and young professionals. Company representatives shared insights into the working environment, employee benefits, accommodation and transportation arrangements, as well as recruitment needs for various positions, including production, quality assurance (QA), shipping, and other technical and operational roles.

Through this activity, the Institute of Technology of Cambodia continues to strengthen collaboration with industry partners to enhance students’ skills and increase their employability in line with labor market demands.

កិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានផ្តោតលើវិស័យសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាច្រើន រួមមាន ការគាំទ្រដល់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនវានុវត្តន៍ ការអភិវឌ្ឍគម្រោងរបស់និស្សិត និងការស្រាវជ្រាវរួម។ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់អំពីរបៀបដែលកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងវិទ្យាស្ថាន និងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម អាចជួយពង្រឹងការសិក្សាបែបអនុវត្ត ការអភិវឌ្ឍបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការបង្កើនជំនាញដែលឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់វិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម។

ក្នុងជំហានបន្ទាប់ ITC និង VP.Start នឹងបន្តពិភាក្សាដើម្បីកំណត់សកម្មភាពសាកល្បង និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យដែលមានផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។ តាមរយៈភាពជាដៃគូនេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានគោលបំណងបង្កើតឱកាសបន្ថែមសម្រាប់និស្សិត អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ និងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម ព្រមទាំងរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធនវានុវត្តន៍នៅកម្ពុជា។

ITC and VP.Start Strengthen University-Industry Collaboration

Phnom Penh, 16 June 2026 – Representatives from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), led by Dr. Bun Long, Deputy Director General, met with VP.Start to discuss potential collaboration in research, innovation, and human resource development aligned with industry needs.

The discussion covered several areas of cooperation, including support for innovation facilities, student project development, and possible joint research activities. Both parties also exchanged views on how university-industry collaboration can contribute to practical learning, technology development, and industry-relevant skills.

As a next step, ITC and VP.Start agreed to continue technical discussions and identify pilot activities that can be implemented jointly in the future. A working mechanism will be explored to coordinate follow-up actions and facilitate future collaboration between both institutions.

ITC and Vattanac Bank Strengthen Collaboration on Talent Development

Phnom Penh, 11 June 2026 – The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) welcomed a delegation from Vattanac Bank to discuss opportunities for strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.

The discussions focused on internship opportunities, graduate employment, technical and soft skills development, and upskilling and reskilling programs. Both parties also explored cooperation in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Telecommunications and Networking, and Web Development.

Following the meeting, the Vattanac Bank delegation visited several laboratories and facilities at ITC to gain a better understanding of the Institute's educational and research capabilities.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to developing future talents and supporting the evolving needs of Cambodia's banking and digital sectors.

On 10 June 2026, representatives from the University-Industry Linkage (UIL) Office of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) welcomed a delegation from the Harvard Growth Lab, Center for International Development, Harvard University, for a discussion meeting and laboratory visit. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences on skills development for industrial upgrading and to discuss ITC's role in strengthening university-industry collaboration in support of Cambodia's economic transformation. A laboratory visit was also conducted to showcase ITC's practical training facilities.
