រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ — វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា (ITC) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន គិរីរម្យ ហ៊្វូដ ប្រដាក់សិន (KFP) បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការលើវិស័យ កែច្នៃកសិផល ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (R&D) ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង និងកម្មសិក្សាសម្រាប់និស្សិត។

ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា លោកបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន ឡុង បានណែនាំអំពី Return to Industry Theme (RIS) របស់ ITC កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈដែលគាំទ្រដោយ មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញ (SDF) និងឱកាសសម្រាប់កិច្ចសហការលើការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (R&D)។

KFP បានបង្ហាញចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងការទទួលនិស្សិត ITC ចូលធ្វើកម្មសិក្សា និងស្នើឱ្យ ITC ជ្រើសរើស និងណែនាំនិស្សិតដែលសមស្រប។ តាម MoU ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខា KFP អាចទទួលនិស្សិតចូលកម្មសិក្សាចំនួន ៥ ទៅ ១០ នាក់ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ។

ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីលទ្ធភាពសហការលើ ផលិតផលពីស្វាយ។ KFP បានបង្ហាញចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) ដើម្បីជ្រើសរើសស្វាយស្រស់ ព្រមទាំងស្វែងរកឱកាសស្រាវជ្រាវ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដើម្បី កាត់បន្ថយការប្រើប្រាស់ថាមពល និងទឹក ក្នុងដំណើរការផលិតកម្ម។

ភាពជាដៃគូនេះនឹងផ្តល់ជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់ ITC និង KFP ក្នុងការភ្ជាប់ ចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញផ្នែកអប់រំជាមួយតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្ម ជំរុញការស្រាវជ្រាវអនុវត្ត និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់បទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាក់ស្តែងដល់និស្សិត។ MoU នេះមានសុពលភាពរយៈពេល ៥ ឆ្នាំ។

ITC and KFP Sign MoU to Strengthen Industry–Academia Collaboration in Agro-Processing, R&D and Student Internship

Phnom Penh, 17 August 2026 — The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and Kirirom Food Production (K.F.P) Co., Ltd. (KFP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in agro-processing, research and development (R&D), professional training, knowledge exchange, and student internships.

During the discussion, Dr. BUN Long introduced ITC's Return to Industry Theme (RIS), professional training programs supported by the Skills Development Fund (SDF), and opportunities for R&D collaboration.

KFP expressed its interest in hosting ITC students for internships and requested ITC to select and recommend suitable students. The signed MoU provides five​ to ten internship placements annually.

The two parties also discussed potential collaboration on mango-based products. KFP expressed interest in using AI to select fresh mangoes as well as exploring R&D opportunities to reduce energy and water consumption in its production processes.

The partnership provides a platform for ITC and KFP to connect academic expertise with real industrial needs, promote applied research and innovation, and provide students with valuable practical industry experience. The MoU is valid for five years.

ITC Strengthens Academic Cooperation with Hunan Chemical Vocational Technology University

On 13 August 2026, the Institute of Technology of Cambodia ITC welcomed a delegation from Hunan Chemical Vocational Technology University, China, to explore new opportunities for academic collaboration.

Key highlights of the visit:

- Discussion on student & faculty exchange programs
- Development of joint training and online teaching initiatives
- Exploration of visiting professors and short-term teaching missions
- Proposal for industry-supported scholarships for ITC students
- Potential cooperation in Cosmetic Technology and Chemical Engineering fields

ITC also shared its ongoing international partnerships and emphasized the importance of strengthening Chinese language skills for students pursuing studies in China.

The delegation visited ITC laboratories and met with representatives from multiple faculties and research units, reinforcing both institutions’ commitment to practical, industry-relevant education.

This visit marks another important step in building stronger Cambodia–China academic cooperation and developing skilled human resources for the future.
