Congratulations on the Second Anniversary of the Inscription of the Koh Ker Archaeological Site on the UNESCO World Heritage List (September 17, 2023 – September 17, 2025).
The Koh Ker Archaeological Site, located in Preah Vihear Province, was once the ancient capital Lingapura (Chok Gargyar) of the Khmer Empire. It was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List on September 17, 2023, following the decision of the World Heritage Committee at its 45th session in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We, CamEd CyberSecurity Club, are delighted to conclude that our session on “Explore Cybersecurity’s Role in Cambodia’s Finance” with Mr. Ly Vandy held on Sunday, 17th August 2025, was a great success!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made the session engaging and memorable. We are especially honored to have welcomed Mr. Ly Vandy, Director of Business & Technical Advisory at CABS Consulting and Senior Technical Advisor at the General Department of Digital Technology and Media (GDTM).
