International School of Medicine (ISM) is an international higher educational institution is a structural unit of IUK created to train medical specialists, conduct medical research in cooperation with leading health centers of the country and countries of Far abroad. ISM was established on a special resolution of the Kyrgyz Government to train doctors in line with up-to-date programs that meet international training standards and requirements in different regions of the world. ISM is one of the top higher educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan where the program with the medium of instruction in English. As a part of IUK the ISM have signed the Bologna agreement (EU), which sets up single and commonly European educational standards
The International School of Medicine of International University of Kyrgyzstan is an official state educational institution with the license of Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyz Republic for medical education in General Medicine within 5 years of study. (Official license AL #540).At present time more than 1800 student are studying into International University of Kyrgyzstan among them 760 students are studying in the medical faculties from different countries.
