WE ARE MOURNING 😭😭😭

TRIBUTE TO OUR BELOVED TRAINEE TEACHER 🕊️

Today, our hearts are filled with great sorrow as we mourn the loss of our dear third-year TP trainee-teacher (of Kaimosi TTC) ,Madam Valentine Aja. Madam Aja served with dedication during her teaching practice at our school, despite battling illness.Her passing on has left us heartbroken, and words cannot express the pain we feel as a school and her close friends.

Just last week on Thursday our school held a party to appreciate our Kaimosi TTC colleagues for the good work they had done for us.

Despite her situation, she continued to do her best,always attending to her lessons and interacting with her learners in a motherly and professional way.Madam Aja was ripe for a TSC job, having done the best to achieve the requirements.

She may may have gone from our sight,but she will never be gone from our hearts.We will always remember her kindness, friendship,dedication and the beautiful moments we shared together.

On behalf of Evojo Community,we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and the entire Kaimosi TTC community.

Rest in eternal peace, dear colleague.

MONDAY MORNING..

This morning we were glad to host Ms Scarlet Musimbi from the Public Health Office (Chavakali Ward) as she took our children through NTD sensitization.

Our own Health teacher Mrs Bilha Gidali accompanied her.

The health and safety of our children is our priority as we implement the CBE curriculum.

We are mourning ☹️ 😔 😢 😥 😭💔
The staff and our students are currently attending the burial of one of our most dedicated,supportive and respectful parent. A grisly road accident cut her life short.

The Late Gladness Karani is a mother to one of our students,a candidate in this year's national examination.As a school we feel helpless,because we are a small family and we know each other from teachers,parents, students,administration,sponsor and the non-teaching staff.

We are here to stand with the family and most importantly,our son.

May God strengthen the family and receive her soul for a peaceful,eternal rest.

In May last year, something disheartening happened in our school - in the latrines used by our children.

To help erase those bad memories,the latrines were brought down,the place flattened and the space reclaimed to a maize farm....And these are the fruits of our innovation and decision to help our children forget the happenings of that time.

Immediately we resumed learning after the deserved half-term break,Madam Carol B took the members of staff through the 8 courses of Learning Through Design Challenges.

It was quite interactive, educative and entertaining.
