Kasim: My phone is realy slow and hunging,yet it has 32 GB internal memory,1.6Ghz Processor and 2.0 Gb Ram.Please help.
This May be due to several reasons as you didnt give details on how it all started.But try the following methods:
1.Settings-storage-default storage(SD Card).Then clear cache and data under apps in settings,for all apps except contacts,messages,call/phone app.NOTE: All whatsapp txts will be erased,if you need them,go to whatsap-settings-chats-chats backup befoe you clear cache and data.documents and photos wont be affected.
2.Go to settings-about,then tap build number about 5times to enable developer options in setting.Then go to settings-Developer options,thyen change all windows animation scales to .5x or 1x.you can also turn on "Don't keep activitie" here as the too mant open and running activities can also overwhelm the RAM.Also set background process limit to either standard or none in developer options.
3.If the phone is slow while gaming,go to settings-developer options-Force 4x MSAA and turn it on for faster gaming.
4.If the phone is stil slow,you might have installed too many background apps eg spying apps,network apps,system apps (e.g heavy launchers),therefore you can restrict background data and uninstall unnecessary background apps,or rather stop them from running in the apps manager under settings.
5.Use a backup app e.g Easy Back up to back up your phone contacts and apps,tranfer all photos,files and documents to Sd Card,then do a factory reset.
6.If the problem stil occurs,the phone might need complete flashing or rather mother board diagnostics.You can contact us for help over that.
NOTE: You may not need to apply all the above methods as just one can work for you.
