Boundaries are to continue a healthy relationship with others, not to burn those bridges. BUT the reaction that you get from placing boundaries are what burns that bridge.
When you don't follow your own boundaries you are allowing the respect that you feel like you deserve.

The thing I've been hearing lately on birthdays is it's just another number, people not really celebrating anymore as you get older. BUT, you really should celebrate the fact and having gratitude that you are here Earthside. Celebrating you and your wins. You were chosen to be here for a reason ✨️
I am so grateful for my strong intuition and my gifts, for all those from my past who hurt me un order to teach me lessons, for those who are presently in my life inspiring me, loving me and accepting me for who I am and also ME learning to accept me for who I am and not settling for less than my values. As well as what the future holds, which is a reflection of who I am inside ♡ I can't wait to continue to attract those and things meant for me 💃🏻
I never loved myself as much as I gave it to others and lost it all with an empty cup due to past traumas and relationships.
