There is no sweeter scene than a sleeping child. Sleep is also one of the best ways to help your child improve academically. When children get enough sleep, they are better able to focus on their assignments and retain what they have learned. Sleep also helps children (and adults) to have a more positive attitude, which is a plus for everyone!
How much sleep should your child get? Children between the ages of 6-12 should get between 9-12 hours of sleep per night while older children need between 8-10.
Remember, earlier bedtimes create happier and more productive learners.
