*TSC* *IS* *A* *ROGUE* *EMPLOYER*
Iam writing this with a lot of disappointment, deeply hurt because of the recently done recruitment of teachers.Nancy Macharia with her cronies are on the verge of destroying the hope of thousands of unemployed teachers in this country.The recruitment was marred with corruption and discrimination while justifying their evil acts saying that they are considering locals yet the beneficiaries being their relatives and moneyed individuals who bought the jobs like sukuma wiki in kibandas manipulating the whole process.How can a 2021 or 2022 graduate be employed while leaving behind a 2014,2015 and 2016 graduates? People who have criss-crossed the country, meandered and manouvered in search of jobs at the expense of someone who doesn't understand what tarmacking is all about?Is it because of poverty?Is it because they were born to suffer?Is it because of a bad fate?God is watching.TSC, you've made some of those unemployed teachers to commit suicide,a 2021 or 2022 graduate may not understand this,it will sound illogical.Just imagine suffering for all those years in the hands of principal's who pay 10k, remember you have a family and the holidays salary is not there.Remember good paying BOM jobs require connection but bad fate has made these teachers to lack those connections and when they saw that TSC was going to recruit a whole 30k teachers,their hope was revived,they believed that the thistles of suffering will not quash them anymore, they rose up energized, produced copies of their documents,some of them incurred debts from friends to travel to the interview venues.They went back home knowing that they had topped the list,they have waited and waited, in fact some of the schools had already announced a vacancy in the subjects they were teaching on BOM because their bosses believed that their employment to TSC was assuredly true.They have waited patiently only to ask one of the friends they met during verification with a heart knacking news that successful applicants had already been invited yesterday to fill employment forms.He did not give up,he decided to call another applicant of the same combination whom they met in the interview venue and was above him by 20 marks, what a heartbreak?He told him that he was successful and had already filled the employment form.Nancy Macharia and TSC Kenya,tell us which criteria did you use to employ teachers if not bribery and corruption? There is need to restructure this commission.
