The Daraja Wildlife Project was designed to teach the girls of the Daraja Academy in Nanyuki, Kenya (http://www.daraja-academy.org/) how to run a wildlife camera-trapping program, become familiar with wildlife research methods and protocols, and possibly set a course towards careers in wildlife conservation, research, environmental ecology, or even wildlife tourism.
