1. Politician promises BIG ("50,000 KES kwa kila youth!")
2. You get excited ("Finally!")
3. Brain releases dopamine (feels GOOD)
4. You stop planning alternatives ("Why hustle? Serikali will give me 50K!")
5. Politician wins
6. Promise forgotten
7. You're paralyzed (stopped building solutions months ago)
8. Next election, repeat 🔄

💊 PROMISES = DRUGS:
Immediate: Feel good
Long-term: Destructive (dependency, inaction)

This is HOW Village A got stuck!

🎯 WHY THEY KEEP PROMISING:
IT WORKS.

- Wins elections
- No accountability

❓ WHY CAN'T THEY DELIVER?

Don't ask: "Utanipa nini?"

Ask:
- "What did you accomplish last term?"
- "How many sessions did you attend?"
- "Show me your spending report"
