With guidance from experts at JAC Kenya, learners explored electric vehicle technology and engaged with the 100% electric truck.

The goal of the Young Auto Engineers (YAE) workshop is to educate learners about the future of mobility and prepare them to navigate it with confidence.

Learners were also encouraged to continue the conversation at home with their parents and guardians.

That's a wrap! We completed our 5-day Young Auto Engineers (YAE) workshop.

Students aged 11–17 immersed themselves in the world of mobility through hands-on, engaging learning experiences designed to spark curiosity and future-ready thinking.

The sessions encouraged critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving while helping students see mobility as a dynamic ecosystem of opportunities, not just machines.

🔧 The learners explored:
- The invention and evolution of cars
- Key parts of a vehicle and how they work together
- A practical look into the engine and vehicle systems
- An introduction to automation and modern mobility
- Insight into the wide range of careers linked to mobility, beyond mechanics, including design, technology, sustainability, and innovation

👏 We’re incredibly proud of the young minds who showed up curious, engaged, and eager to learn.
