Bloom Out Limited Company is a social enterprise founded in 2024. Our commitment is toprovide sustainable livelihoods for neurodivergent individuals. We take pride in leveragingthe power of fashion and design as instruments of change and empowerment, craftinginclusive futures by enabling neurodivergent artisans to develop practical skills and createmeticulously handcrafted marketable products. Our journey in the creative industry is one of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment for the neurodivergent community. Bloom Out offers a revolutionary path to inclusion, autonomy, and financial security for neurodivergent individuals. As opposed to relying on traditional employment structures that often fail to accommodate neurodiverse talents, we empower them with ownership, decision-making authority, and economic empowerment. We tap into the extraordinary creativity of neurodivergent individuals as a valuable contribution to the fashion industry. We aim to inspire the fashion industry to embrace neurodiversity and foster a wider representation of neurodivergent designers, models, and fashion influencers.
