Some helpers are not sent to stay forever.

They are sent to bring structure, wisdom, correction, and direction for a season.

Jethro helped Moses, but eventually Jethro returned to Midian.

The lesson is this: don’t become fixated on the helper staying. Focus on implementing the wisdom they brought.

Great leaders don't just need supporters.

They need people who can speak truth to power.

People who can challenge them, correct them, and help them see what they cannot see themselves.

Who is the person in your life that can tell you the truth when nobody else will?

Most leaders don't struggle because they're incapable.

They struggle because everything depends on them.

Decision fatigue is often a sign that you've become the bottleneck.

The moment everything has to pass through you, growth slows down. Great leaders learn to build structure, trust people, and focus on the bigger picture.

What is one thing you need to delegate right now?
