LISTEN UP, MEN!

If you think you don’t owe anyone an explanation for how you choose to live your life—you’re right. If you also think you’re not here to impress people who wouldn’t even show up if you were in trouble—absolutely right.

It’s a wide knowledge that you should prove yourself to yourself, not to the world. I don’t disagree either.

BUT—here’s the catch.

While you’re walking around with that mindset, be very sure you’re not deceiving yourself. Because self-deception is the worst betrayal.

A man who lies to himself is worse than a man who is lied to by others. You can tell yourself you’re "doing your best," but deep down, you know you’re not. You can tell yourself you’ll "start tomorrow," but tomorrow is a liar—it never comes. You can keep making excuses, but life doesn’t care. Results don’t listen to excuses.

- Are you really putting in the work, or are you just talking about it?
- Are you chasing purpose, or just scrolling social media hoping to "feel inspired"?
- Are you building your body, mind, and finances, or are you just “manifesting" like a TikTok girl?

If you don’t have clear answers to these questions, you need to stop playing games and find a mentor. Accountability isn’t weakness—it’s a shortcut to mastery.

The world doesn’t respect weak men. Your value is what you build, what you conquer, and what you become. No one is coming to save you. No one is handing you success. If you want to be powerful, you must EARN IT.

This life we’re all living is like a loan shark. It will let you borrow time. Let you borrow laziness. Let you borrow bad habits. But one day, it will show up demanding payment. And trust me, when that day comes, you won’t like the interest rate.

So, what’s the way out? Simple.

Stop hiding behind “I owe nobody an explanation” while time slips away.

- If you’re broke—work.
- If you’re dying of bad habits — seek help
- If you’re not saved — seek salvation
- If you’re out of shape—train.
- If you’re lost—seek wisdom.

MY ADVICE TO YOUTHS

1. Your control of your sexual urges will be the reason you are either successful or a failure.

2. P**n and ma********on is the greatest killer of success. It stunt and destroy your brain.

3. Avoid drinking alcohol like a camel drinking water. Nothing worse than losing your senses and acting a fool.

4. Keep your standards high and don't settle for something because it's available.

5. If you find someone smarter than you, work with them, don't compete.

6. No one is coming to save your problems. Your life's 100% is your responsibility.

7. You shouldn't take advice from people who are not where you want to be in life.

8. Find new ways to make money. Make money and ignore the jokers who mocks and make fun of you.

9. You don't need 100 self-help books, all you need is action and self discipline. Be disciplined!

10. Avoid drugs. Avoid w**d.

11. Learn skills on YouTube not wasting your time consuming sh*tty content on Netflix.

12. No one cares about you. So stop being shy, go out and create your chances.

13. Comfort is the worst addiction and cheap ticket to depression.

14. Prioritize your family. Defend them even if they stink, even if they are idiots. Cover their nakedness.

15. Find new opportunities and learn from people ahead of you.

16. Trust no one. Not a single person no matter how tempted. Believe in yourself.

17. Don't wait for miracles make them happen. Yes you can't always do it alone but don't listen to the opinion of people.

18. Hardwork and determination can make you achieve anything.

Humbling yourself only takes you higher.

19. Stop waiting to discover yourself. Create YOU instead.

20. The world won't slow down for you.

21. No one owes you anything.

22. Life is a single-player game. You’re born alone. You’re going to die alone. All of your interpretations are alone. You’re gone in three generations and nobody cares. Before you showed up, nobody cared. It’s all single-player.

THINGS MEN MUST DO;

1. Hide your emotions, no one gives a f**k – In a world that often values strength and stoicism over vulnerability, it’s best to keep your emotions in check. Expressing too much can make you seem weak or easily manipulated.

2. Never depend on anyone – Independence is key. Relying on others can lead to disappointment. Build your own foundation so that no one has the power to let you down.

3. Don’t care too much, they’ll walk over you – When you invest too heavily in others, they can take advantage. Keep some distance emotionally, and prioritize your own needs.

4. Once they treat you as an option, walk away – You deserve to be a priority, not an afterthought. If someone doesn’t see your worth, don’t waste time trying to change their mind—move on.

5. Choose people that choose you – Surround yourself with those who value you. Genuine relationships are mutual, where both sides are equally invested.

6. Don’t care about their opinion of you. Do you – People will always have opinions. But at the end of the day, it’s your life. Stay true to yourself and don’t let others dictate how you should live.

What most women don't know is that men cry too, men feel pains, men are emotional and they too feel abused too and this is because they are HUMANS.

You slap a man and he kept his cool, you abuse him using words that destroys essence and he kept silent, you disrespect him and he acts he is not pained but the truth is that he feels all the pain and suffering you are pouring on him.

He is absorbing every disrespect and maltreatment not because he can't bring hell on you but because he knows that if he let's it out you can not survive half of it.

Men choose to not show you the after math of the ill treatment you give to them because they have learnt the way to control their emotions and most women takes this for granted.

THE REAL REASONS WHY A WOMAN GHOST YOU.

1. You are too excited about her, and the moment you can't control your interest in her, you always wanna text, call, and see her; she notices this and feels overwhelmed by your desperate nature, and this, by default, causes her to lose interest in you.

2. She wants you to chase her.

Most times, women ghost men when they want the men to chase them because chasing them validates that they are in control of you so they understand the withdrawal game and how it is used to create value, so they try to be scarce so that you can chase them.

All of a sudden you notice that the woman who is always loving and caring about you just stops doing all the stuff she used to do, the truth is that she wants you to chase her but don't chase her, maintain your frame and enjoy your life and when she noticed that you are she will come back if number 3 hasn't happened already.

3. She ghost you when she has found your replacement:

The moment a woman who used to be good, loving, and all over you starts disappearing from you, giving you excuses, etc, it could be that she has gotten someone to replace you.

It doesn't cost a woman a lot to forget about a man who has always been there for her, they don't even care about the man and his feelings what matters to her is what they feel at the moment and the truth is that that moment it's what they feel for the new guy that matters.

In all this, you must try to understand the situation but never force yourself to chase her.
