You fight the exhaustion of teaching while tension rises in the corridors. Your role has shifted from educating to protecting. The weight of that responsibility is immense. No teacher should have to deliver a curriculum under the shadow of fear. You deserve a classroom as focused as you are.

You fight the silence of the phone, waiting for a call that reassures you that your child is safe. For a parent, the biggest risk is never the cost of the damage. It's always the child who calls you home. Education should be a foundation of security, not a source of anxiety.

Your child fights the fear of not being safe in their own place of learning. A student's only concern should be the complexity of a math problem, and not a threat to their life. No child should be expected to learn somewhere they feel they have to survive. Every student deserves to reclaim their right to learn without fear.

Keeping a class focused takes energy, patience and sometimes, raising your voice to more than the 50 chaotic students you’re trying to shush. You deserve a space where your voice is heard without being raised and where "focus" isn't something you have to beg for.

Behind every teacher is a life the classroom never sees. A home, an evening routine and something warm waiting at the door that does not need marks and has absolutely no feelings about the new CBC curriculum. Teaching is a profession that takes everything. You deserve a life outside of it that is full and entirely your own.

Quality education should not cost a kidney. Or an arm and a leg. We joke 😂 about it to keep from crying ðŸ˜, but the math of school fees in this country is a heavy burden to carry. You shouldn’t have to choose between your child’s future or buying a prime plot touching the tarmac. Every child deserves a fair shot at the top. Sqooli is redefining what "affordable" looks like.

For too long, you’ve believed that learning only happens between four grey walls and a dusty chalkboard. But a child who is comfortable is a child who is curious. Imagine a classroom that moves with them, from the dining table to the garden, or from the city to the game park. When the environment is right, the grades follow naturally.
