An Anonymous group by the name has claimed to have attacked Kenyan sites & will continue until their demands are met,some of the affected are Ecitizen,kplc,safaricom(mpesa).

Some govts during elections have shutdown internet for various reasons eg India,Ghana,egypt in the past.

How do you consider your privacy "data"? Which info do you give to these big companies? while installing a phone Application,which permissions do allow or deny?

Domain is the name or address people see or use to get to your website.To acquire one it has to be registered at a fee by domain registrar company.eg Godaddy(dot) com,1and1,namecheap etc.
Hosting is where you store your files by uploading to that company's servers. This is also a paid services. But some companies can host and register your domain for free.
Also if you want domain & hosting for free ,some websites offer subdomain hosting & your site will appear as www(dot)xyz.(that company).com/net/org eg www.xyz.blogspot(dot)com or www(dot)xyz.wordpress(dot)com.
Wordpress & blogspot have plugins or drag & drop features for quick site building and no coding is required.In just 2 hours you can have a fully functional website.

Probably you might have had thoughts of owning a website for whichever purpose you intend to. But the big quiz is how do i create one. Answer is you can hire someone to do it for you or do it yourself.
If you decide you create on your own,there are 2 ways.
1>You need to know a little about programming and hard code from scratch.using php,css,javascript,python ,ruby etc(language used mostly for web development).
2>If you don't know about programming you can use wordpress (google) and have fully developed site and functional using wordpress plugins which most of them are free or paid for extra functions.
Since this post is for novice programmers i'll go with wordpress option.
For any website to functions Your files (images,video etc) they must be hosted (or stored )by a hosting organization/company.

We are all aware that Whatsapp is Banning all other modded whatsApp apps including Gb,Yowhatsapp,among others.
Here is the trick: Download the official app from playstore(android users) install & verify as usual with your secondary Number.
Download your modded whatsapp of choice & verify with your primary number. In in this case you'll have 2 whatsapps.
So whenever your modded app is banned close it & clear the cache from settings >applications>gb/Yowhatapp .
Then open the official like 1 or 2 mins & close it and reopen the banned.
Whichever minutes will have remained will drop to 0(zero) & there you go.👌👌
