Joshua Ngigi (Chairman SAC 2012/2013):

On behalf of SAC 2012/13 I would like send our heart felt grief and condolences to the family of Jerry Isaac and Brian Frisby. Personally am shocked by this sudden demise of both these gentlemen/our brothers.

In this time when we are asking why! why! did they have to go ....just remember that God is always God and He always has a reason for everything.

We should observe a moment of silence for Jerry, Brian, and others who have gone before us, during next week's Mr and Miss 2013.

Jerry the guy behind the brilliant Agribond project, shall be missed by many. Brian Frisby an equally courageous and friendly friend to many, we will miss you too.

May they Rest In Peace.

Our heartfelt condolence goes to the families of those who have lost their loved ones following the tragic incident. May God give them strength of heart as they go through this difficult period of mourning.
We wish the scores of injured people quick recovery and pray that they will regain their strength back soon enough. It is our hope that the remaining hostages are safe and that they will be rescued in due time.
Lets continue keeping our country, citizens, visitors and all in it in our prayers.

As we exit the stage of student leadership and hand over the mantle to the new SAC team 2013/2014, ours is to thank all the students for giving us the chance to serve you, for the co-operation and support extended to us during our tenure. Coming into SAC, our objective was to redefine student leadership; we have remained steadfast and dedicated to this course and we hope we have achieved this whether in its entirety or partially. It has been a great honor and privilege to represent and work for you, ALL students, and from SAC 2012/2013, we say thank you so much and may God bless USIU.
All students are invited for the official hand over which will happen in the school AUDITORIUM. Other details will be communicated soon.

Why SAC doesn't buy this crap: http://www.standardmedia.co.ke/?articleID=2000081888&story_title=The+Nairobian%3A+Diva+busted+by+sugar+daddy.
Last week the Nairobian published an article denting the image of the highly esteemed USIU Student Affairs Council. The article was full of misinformation regarding what it purports to be the operations and benefits of the senate members. The article outrageously pointed out that the student body is dysfunctional and a puppet of the administration. Who told them?
This week the Nairobian is at it again publishing another article with an intention of casting USIU students in bad light. So who tells you that it is not going to publish that all students went home just to make a story again? The publications in this newspaper about this institution should be seen to aid its pe*******on into the market, the stories are all falsifications that are not based on any modicum of truth and as such they should not be taken as gospel truth.

Standard Digital News - Kenya : 'Diva' busted by sugar daddy A third year USIU student was last weekend dumped by her sugar daddy after she was caught red-handed with a college lover.
