For years, Grace kept a sacred prayer corner in her home. It wasn't something she chose. It was something she inherited.
Grace first came to a community health meeting for practical reasons — conversations about family health and everyday challenges. She wasn't looking for a spiritual shift. She was looking for useful information.
But during a lesson on spiritual strongholds, something cracked open. Not through pressure or confrontation. Through a question she'd never been invited to ask.

🔥🌸 STAWI Women in Missions – Cohort 1 Continues

This month we, Frontline Shepherds, A Ministry of CHE, gathered again for Part 2 of Cohort 1 of the STAWI Women in Missions Retreat, and what a powerful time it has been.

Through trauma healing, leadership sessions, Discovery Bible Study, and creative activities like flower arrangement, beadwork, soap making and bonfire fellowship, women are being equipped and restored.

The women arrived tired and overwhelmed, but left nourished, rejuvenated and energized to continue doing God's work in their communities, and empower others through practical hands on skills. 💐

🌿They arrived tired, discouraged and carrying so much.

In November, CHE Center held the STAWI – Women in Missions Retreat, facilitated by Frontline Shepherds, a ministry of CHE. What followed was a beautiful journey of rest and renewal.

Through lessons, practical skills, games, laughter, prayer, quiet moments, and gathering around the bonfire, hearts softened and burdens were laid down. Sisterhood became safe space, and joy became healing.

They didn’t just attend a retreat, they encountered rest, encouragement, self-care and renewal.

They left rested, empowered, and reminded that they are not alone. 🤍🌿

Leaders who learn, grow communities that thrive. 🌹
Through TEN-PESI, pastors and leaders are being equipped with both spiritual and practical tools, from faith and business to health and well-being.
Because healthy leaders build healthy communities 💪🏾 🌍.

It was a joy to take part in the Global Missions Conference Africa 2025...sharing stories of transformation and learning from others doing the same. ✨

We had the opportunity to share our story, one of health, hope and care for those who serve on the frontlines. Every conversation, every connection, reminded us that transformation begins right where we are, with what's in our hands. 🌿

Learning, growing, serving, laughing- from classroom sessions to community visits and shared laughter and connection, it was a journey of growth, innovation, service, connection and fun. ✨🌹

From classroom to community...our interns visited CHE programs in Western Kenya to witness transformation in action. No one was afraid to get their hands dirty 🥳. It was inspiring, hands on skills experience and reminder that change begins with us.
