Having been in existence for quite a while now, Health For You Personal Trainers has shown its worth by finding a niche as mentioned earlier in an environment which has hitherto been under explored. We have done courses with Braeburn Group of Schools-Kenya, Body by Design fitness center, Parklands Sports Club, Redcourt Hotel’s Redfitness parlour, MTN insurance agencies, Kenya Shell, Flex Fitness Place, Nice and Easy Fitness Center, The Kenya Taekwondo Federation, The kenya pipeline Volleyball Team [former Africa champions and current runners-up in Africa] and The Sliders Hockey Team.
