📊 *ARE YOU LEADING YOUR SCHOOL WITH GUESSWORK OR WITH EVIDENCE?*

Every school sits on a mountain of data attendance, grades, fees, staff performance. But most school leaders are either drowning in numbers they don't know what to do with, or ignoring data entirely and leading on instinct alone.

It's time to change that. 👇

Introducing the Data-Informed School Leadership Programme by LAIT Foundation Africa an intensive programme designed for school owners, heads of school, academic leaders, vice principals, and administrators who are ready to lead with clarity, not confusion.

*In two weeks, you'll learn how to:*
✅ Know what data truly matters and what to stop chasing
✅ Build a leadership dashboard that gives you real, actionable sight into your school
✅ Use evidence to actually improve teaching, not just measure it
✅ Set KPIs, track targets, and run disciplined improvement cycles
✅ Report strategically to boards, proprietors, and stakeholders
✅ Handle school data ethically and responsibly

Dear School Leader,

After years of working with school leaders across Nigeria and Africa, I have noticed a pattern that concerns me.

Schools are busy collecting data but very few are actually using it.

Reports are produced at the end of every term. Results are discussed in meetings. Attendance registers are filled faithfully.

And yet, important decisions are still being driven by assumptions, pressure, or habit and sometimes exhaustion.

Student outcomes stall. Problems repeat. Improvement stays just out of reach.

This is why I have created The Data-Informed School Leadership Program, a focused one-week online programme for school owners, heads of school, vice principals, academic leaders, and quality assurance leaders who are ready to lead differently with greater clarity and stronger evidence.

I am so excited about this course.

Over seven days, we will explore:
→ What data truly matters in a school and what to stop chasing
→ How to build a leadership dashboard that gives you real sight
→ How to use evidence to improve teaching, not just measure it
→ How to set KPIs, track targets, and run disciplined improvement cycles
→ How to report strategically to boards, proprietors, and stakeholders
→ How to handle school data ethically and responsibly

Participants will leave with practical tools and templates they can apply immediately in their own schools.

But more than that, they will leave asking sharper questions, diagnosing issues more accurately, and leading with greater confidence.

This programme is not about becoming a statistician.
It is about becoming the kind of leader whose school does not just work hard, but improves deliberately.

If that sounds like the leader you want to be, I would love to have you join us.

One week.
Online.
Transformational.

Day 1 in Nairobi
Connection. Culture. Community.

Our ISLC 2025 journey began with purpose and presence.

We paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian High Commission in Kenya, where we were graciously received by the Acting High Commissioner and the Head of Immigration—a reminder that leadership is always strengthened by diplomacy and national pride.

Later in the evening, delegates were welcomed with open arms by the Association of Nigerian Women in Kenya (ANWIK) at a beautiful dinner hosted in the elegant home of Chairlady Nneka Nne.

She didn’t just host—she poured into us.
During a powerful fireside session, she spoke on investing in personal and organisational growth through mindfulness—a grounding reminder as we begin this leadership retreat.

From national ties to sisterhood and strategy, Day 1 set the tone for depth, excellence, and meaningful engagement.

It's today! The day we have been waiting for!🎊🎊🎊All glory to God!😇😇

Delegates are making their way to the beautiful city of Nairobi from Enugu, Ebonyi, Abuja, Rivers Uyo, Lagos,

🇳🇬 to 🇰🇪 👌💯

At the heart of ISLC 2025 is not just strategy, systems, or innovation—it’s mindset.

The school leaders who choose to attend this conference don’t just lead schools—they lead movements. Here are the 7 defining mindsets of the ISLC 2025 delegate:

1. Growth-Oriented Mindset

"I’m committed to learning, evolving, and leading better every year."
They believe in lifelong learning—for their team, students, and themselves. Growth is not optional—it’s oxygen.

2. Visionary Mindset

"I’m building something that will outlive me."
They don’t just lead for today—they are leading with tomorrow in mind. They dream big and build strategically.

3. Abundance Mindset

"There’s room at the table for all of us."
They don’t hoard ideas or compete in fear. They believe in collaboration, sharing, and lifting others as they rise.

4. Innovation Mindset

"What got us here won’t get us there."
They challenge outdated methods and embrace bold solutions. They lead with curiosity and are open to change.

5. Borderless Mindset

"The future of African education is connected."
They see beyond their city or country. They are open to global perspectives, continental collaboration, and cross-cultural exchange.

6. Collaboration Mindset

"Leadership is stronger when it’s shared."
They value relationships, dialogue, and community. They come to listen, contribute, and grow alongside others.

7. Impact-Driven Mindset

"I’m not just running a school—I’m transforming lives."
They are not in it for applause. They are in it for legacy, justice, and change. Every decision they make is measured by its lasting impact.

We are excited that they are joining us for 💥💥💥
