Baby elephant orphans & Kenyan history; what a nice way to spend a saturday in Nairobi!

Our group flew to Korr to visit the Rendille people, a camel herding semi-nomadic tribe located in desert of Northern Kenya. What an absolutely amazing experience!

Not everyone can say they rode an ostrich then ate one.

Our weekend at the base of Mount Kenya where we participated in team building exercises.

After church our group wandered through the Nairobi Arboretum where we joined a drum circle and met some new friends.

Our group ventured to the Giraffe Centre located just outside Nairobi where we could feed and kiss giraffes.

A Semester in Kenya student has her internship working for a Grow Bio Intensive farm in Thika.

A trip to the Kenya Parliament.

Last weekend surprise trip to Amboseli National Park at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

One student has a week long internship with the Red Cross working in the slums of Nairobi.

An internship with the African Union brings part of the group on a week long trip to Ethiopia.
