You can see how the GSU made everyone down the river for a search of the guns and bullets. You are aware several were killed, maimed and of course r***d.

Number one and two can be interchanged,skill is the least important. Mark that.

You are hired for the first time because of your skills,then the same client hires you again because of your character.

Uphold a strong character in whatever you do,it will sustain you in high places.

Have you ever found those illiterate staff who are neither sacked in company nor retired because of their old age? There's something more than skills that makes you hirable. It's a strong character. It's being FAITHFUL. People colluding to collapse a company and you stand against it.

If we had faithful servants ,UCHUMI,KENATCO etc could still be making profits and employing many for the government. The government, because of political implications can't hire qualified staff for the jobs.

The government is planning massive privatization because of little or no return on investments on it's corporations. Simple put ,we don't have faithful servants working for the government on these parastatals.

Be faithful if you are employed. Deliver on your JD. Don't squander your employers time yet you'll not be happy when your salary delay. Develop strong work ethics..it will help you when you start your business too.

There is even mental conditioning to make people believe that some diseases are death sentences. Some are called terminal illness ( Nonsense) . God is not subject to BIOLOGY.

A certain lady told me, though she wasn't sick herself,told me that cancer is incurable. According to her,even if you undergo medication and are declared cancer free, you are not free at all. It will come back .

Well,IT IS TO YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR FAITH.God is done with sickness and the devil. But by thy word , you shall be condemned or justified.

There's no right age for achieving anything friends. You can become the Kenyan president at 21 years old. It's only that our 21 year olds are consumed by KUPIGA SHEREHE. ( Parte after parte)😆🤣🤣🤣

You can lead an unimaginable Mega church at 21 or at 50 years. You can become a CEO of a multi billion conglomerate at 21.

Gone are the days when age was associated with certain achievements.

The beauty of starting early is that you've got lots of time to fail and make mistakes, correct them and get right on course.

Look, Abraham begins the journey with God at 75 years,by the time he has fully aligned with his calling to get the promised child, he's 100.

He wasted 25 years on Haggar and Ishmael and Lot. That again doesn't mean that you have to take some time making mistakes here and there but Malcolm Gladwell said that it takes 10,000 hours doing something to gain mastery in it. ( Again this should not be a standard) But it goes a long way to helping us know that you need considerably more time to gain mastery.

But I didn't understand what he meant until I read further on the importance of savings.

Whereas savings account is shavings account according to Matthew Ashimolowo because the returns from savings doesn't match the inflation rate but INVESTMENT begins from your savings..

Are you busy paying people this December and forgetting about yourself? 🤣

Pay yourself by saving some money for yourself. Fron that you can invest and perhaps build a passive income later on in life.

When I receives new employees for orientation at my place of work, especially the youths aged 23-25,the first thing I tell them is saving at least 5,000 in the Sacco. Some I insist on saving 10,000....I wish someone was hard on me on savings in my 20s. But it's never late to be right. At any age,you can begin and make something out for your woke self.

Engagement of success principles automatically disengages failure in your life.

This works in any continent,any profession,any business for anyone regardless of your race.

But one of the most difficult of these principles is CONSISTENCY.

If you win on this,you are half way successful.

Everyone is a leader. Whereas there are those born with certain personalities that gives them a headstart ahead of their peers,but just as every skill is learnable, through desire,one can choose to develop the leader in them.

How do you know that you are a leader:

1. You complain about how the leader over you is handling issues. But you don't stop at that,but provide alternatives.

Now,case study: Chirchir would wish to have the cost fuel higher so that he can collect his fat kickbacks which of course he shares with the CIC.

Question: How many of us can resist the fat kickbacks in hundreds of millions and offer the Hustlers cheap fuel when you even assured of the easiest re-election because you control both the deep and shallow state!

The leadership over people is a reflection of who they are. I kid you not, almost all Kenyans are corrupt and would maximize every opportunity to swindle money anywhere given an opportunity. 😂😂😂😂😂

Given an opportunity,I would recommend sealing of all corruption loopholes and reducing the MPigs and the executive salaries and perks by 70%. These jobs should be made very unlucrative so that we have only few who wants to serve in these positions. Whoever wants to make money should become an inventor or get into business.
