NOTICE ON GRADUATION CEREMONY
This is to notify the parents and guardians of the graduating students, our stakeholders and the general public that Kenya Utalii College will hold its 36th Graduation ceremony as detailed below:-
Date: Wednesday, 23rd November, 2011
Time: 11.00 a.m
Venue: Kenya Utalii College Graduation grounds, Thika Road
Punctuality: Graduands and invited guests are advised to arrive early and be seated not later than 10.00a.m. Please note that after 10.00a.m., no entry will be permitted into the Graduation grounds.
All graduating students are required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Kshs 1,750/= into the College Fees Account No. 01129070937100, Co-operative Bank, Stima Plaza Branch or you can pay through M-Karo, an M-Pesa mobile banking facility. Select Pay bill option, for business number enter 400222, for Account number enter the College code 804 separated by a hash ( #) sign, then enter the student enrolment number (without spaces) e.g. 804 -07-29 by Friday 11th November, 2011. (Note: For M-Karo pay Kshs 1,780/= whereby Kshs 30/= is the transfer fee). Cash payment will not be accepted under any circumstances. Payments made after the deadline, Friday 11th November, 2011 will not be accepted.
Graduating students should collect their graduation gowns on Tuesday 22nd November, 2011 from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Rehearsals: All graduands must attend rehearsals at the College graduation grounds on Tuesday 22nd November, 2011 at 2.00 p.m.
Supplementary Examinations are scheduled to take place from Monday 7th to Friday 11th November, 2011. It will be the responsibility of all affected students to establish the date, time and venue for each examination. The examination timetable will be available at the Examinations Department, Kenya Utalii College, Thika Road and at Mombasa Campus, Southern House, along Moi Avenue.
