SATURDAYS ARE FOR SACCOS!
Another thing that surprises me most is this.
In most of these teachers SACCOS, 90% of the shareholders are teachers. They are the people who inject cash and life into those institutions.

But what about management?
Who are the managers? Who are the credit officers? Who are the tellers/cashiers?
Who are the receptionists?
Can your son be hired in that SACCO courtesy of you being a shareholder?
Can your daughter be hired in the SACCO courtesy of you being a suffering servant there?
If you own the SACCOHOLAs as you claim, why is it that they are run by outsiders yet you are the owners? Aren't there teachers who have specialised in financial management?
Aren't there teachers who have earlier worked in banks and can be employed in these institutions?

But tukiwauliza huku nje hadithi mmejaza mingi k**a za Kazija wa Madongoporomoka......oooh we are shareholders, ooh we own the sacco! Ooh we control everything......bure kabisa!

The only thing a teacher owns in a SACCO is his name plus the ability to persevere exploitation!

You have saved 500k in a sacco.
You need to do a project worth 300k
Visit a sacco today and tell them that you need to withdraw 300k from your savings of 500k.
They will give you some fools caps, will tell you to write a letter and wait for 90 days so that your request of withdrawing 3000k can be processed.

Ukitoka kidogo tu then urudi uwaambie that you have changed your mind and instead of withdrawing the 300k, now you are ready to take it as a loan, utasikia tu prrrrrrrr za machine huko ndani, tellers watakuwa wanagongana kwa mlango wakija kukushughulikia and in less than 2 hours, the money will be in your account.

Is it that SACCOs are magicians or SACCO merchants do not know mathematics?

Sinking fund for 1 month = Ksh 300
Sinking fund after 1 year = Ksh 3600
Dividends after 1 year = Ksh 1500
Sinking fund goes to the sacco managers while Dividends go to the sacco merchant.

Final Whistle!
Shareholders serving at 0, sacco workers receiving game point!

Sacco merchants always believe that all cows or chicken bought using 300k instead of saving the money for dividends will die.

But ukiwaambia that several saccos have collapsed and disappeared with savers money, they become emoshono and call you enemy of progress.

Is progress another name of sinking fund?

SATURDAYS ARE FOR SACCOS!
A villager with 10 egg laying chickens earns more than a SACCO merchant with 200K saved in a SACCO.

You doubt?
Let us do mathematics;
For a sacco mujahideen with 200k saved in a sacco, the maximum dividends they can get after 1 year is 10% of 200k= Ksh 20K.

For a farmer, this is how he beats the SACCOHOLA mujahideen;
With 10 chickens laying eggs, the farmer is guaranteed at least 6 eggs everyday. Lets assume that every month, the chickens decide not to lay eggs for 2 days, thus we take 28 days instead of 30 or 31.
1 egg in the market sells at about 15 bob.
Therefore;
In one day the farmer will get
(6×15)= Ksh 90
In one week, the farmer will get
( 90×7)= Ksh 630
In one month, the farmer will get
( 630×4)= Ksh 2520
In half a year, the farmer will get
(2520×6)= Ksh 15,120
In one year, the farmer will get
(15120×2)= Ksh 30,240

Mathematically, 10 chickens in a village at shamakhokho are > 200K saved in a Sacco!
