🔍 LABELS or LEVERAGE? Unlocking the Power of Personality in Teams.
How often do we unknowingly label people based on their dominant personality traits?
In our workplaces, social spaces, or even families, we hear things like:
“That one’s a bootlicker.”
“She’s a people pleaser – anapenda kujitendekeza.”
“Don’t assign her anything detailed; she’ll never complete it.”
“He’s careless, you always have to double-check his work.”
“She’s so uptight—her emails are exhausting to read.”
But what if those very traits are clues to their natural strengths?
✅ Your High C may seem overly meticulous, but they excel in analysis, documentation, and risk assessment.
