At St. Jean Michel School, we are excited to step into Term Two with a powerful and inspiring theme:

“Leadership and Competency Development Across Learning Areas”.

This term, our focus goes beyond academic excellence. We are committed to nurturing confident leaders and building essential competencies in every learner. Through a well-rounded approach, students will explore different learning areas while developing critical skills such as communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity.
Our goal is to empower each child to take initiative, think independently, and apply knowledge meaningfully in real-life situations. From the classroom to co-curricular activities, every experience is designed to shape responsible, capable, and future-ready individuals.

Our Scouts proudly participated in the Founders Day Celebration 2026 held at Rowallan Camp.
It was truly a successful and eventful day.

The learners had an amazing opportunity to interact with fellow scouts, take part in various scouting activities, and strengthen the values of teamwork, discipline, and leadership that the scouting movement promotes. The day was filled with excitement, learning, and memorable moments for everyone involved.

We are proud of our scouts for representing the school with great enthusiasm, discipline, and teamwork. Their participation reflected the true spirit of scouting and made the day even more special.

A big thank you to the organizers, scout leaders, and everyone who supported and made the day a success. We look forward to many more enriching scouting experiences ahead.

NO BAGS DAY – A DAY OF CREATIVITY & FUN!

What an exciting and innovative day it was at St. Jean Michel School during our much-anticipated No Bags Day!

Our learners amazed us with their creativity by carrying their books and learning materials in the most imaginative ways possible — from baskets and buckets to suitcases, boxes, and other unique carriers. The goal was simple: think outside the box and have fun while doing it.

Beyond the fun and laughter, the day encouraged:
• Creativity and innovation.
• Confidence and self-expression.
• Team spirit and joyful learning.

It was wonderful to see learners engaged, excited, and proud of their creative ideas. Thank you to our supportive parents and dedicated teachers who helped make this day a success.

NO BAGS DAY!!!
On this day, learners are encouraged to think creatively and bring their books
and learning materials to school using alternative items instead of the usual
school bags. They may use baskets, buckets, cartons, containers, or any other
safe and appropriate item they can creatively think of.
This activity aims to promote innovation, problem-solving skills, and lots of fun while learning.

A CELEBRATION OF LEADERSHIP!

On Friday, 6th February 2026, St. Jean Michel School proudly conducted its Student Council Elections after an exciting and vibrant period of campaigning. Our learners demonstrated confidence, creativity, and a true spirit of democracy as they presented their manifestos and sought the trust of their fellow students.

On 13th February 2026, we officially marked the culmination of this important process with a solemn and inspiring Swearing-In Ceremony for the newly elected Student Cabinet 2026. It was a proud moment for our school community as our young leaders committed themselves to serve with integrity, responsibility, and dedication.
