JOB OVERVIEW:
The plumber will be responsible for quality installation of water reticulation systems, laying of pipes, ensuring that all water appurtenances are fixed correctly and in a professional manner and will train and mentor installing team members.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Installation of water pipes and fittings
Ø Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts / Installing plumbing systems and fixtures Fitting.
Ø Assembling pipes tubes fittings and fixtures Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety functionality and code compliance.
Ø Inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations.
Ø Undertake plumbing test & inspection and complete testing and inspection sheets.
Ø Reporting any problems encountered on site to the supervisor.
Ø To assist the onsite project team in the completion of tasks in a timely fashion and to a high standard.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Degree/Diploma in water engineering. Plumbing grade III from a technical institution or polytechnic will be an added advantage.
3 years experience in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hardworking and innovative.
Self-driven.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Dependable, honest and trustworthy.
Energetic, positive, and constructive attitude.

Responsibilities
Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the management
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and other records
Process monthly/weekly accounting reports.
Prepare financial reports to management
Carry out any other relevant duty as assigned by immediate supervision

Qualifications
At least a Bachelors in Accounts or CPA 4 or equivalent
2 – 3 years’ experience in accounting and bookkeeping functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Advanced Excel a plus.

Familiar with Quickbooks

Hard skills and experience: 
