The Mijikenda Shrine of Prophetess N'mepoho at Kaloleni continues to be the center of spiritual gathering.
Prayers are being organized in several other places in Kilifi county which attribute their faith to it.
Gohu priesthood members who are key and spread all over the Mijikenda region still play key roles as vehicles of Cultural Festivals.
I was invited to Mwendo wa Panya Majengo ya Mtwapa in Kilifi county
for such an occasion. Attached is Gohu Konde who invited the Africkania Universal Cultural Festivals for a prayer service on the 2nd April 2023. I'm the video elder Gohu Konde introduced himself
WE STRONGLY CONDEMN SAME S*X MARRIAGES AND ASSOCIATIONS
We strongly condemn same s*x marriages and associations of any kind in Kenya and all human relationships. We must distinguish and differentiate between Africkania Cultural values and practices from those of other global societies.
In the same views we want the Kenyan judicial system and the houses of legislation ( the Parliament and Senate) to consider our position very seriously.
The apparent challenge's facing our judicial system should appreciate our Africkania originality to be fundamental and can't be challenged by faulty interpretations of the Kenyan 2010 Constitution within the legal corridors of law.
Same s*x marriages and relationships are against nature and God's commandments of creation. How can a whole judge , a sample of wisdom in an elite society be so mislead as to approve same s*x marriages and relationship. This is the greatest betrayal of the judiciary to our Africkania Cultural society
We stand to oppose the judiciary in this matter.
We therefore join hands with the Moslems fraternity and Churches of Kenya in this quest.
We are Africkania first before anything else!.

This is to inform you about the passing away of another key Gohu elder Mzee Masha Sirya aka Kibayo . He was a strong member of Africkania based at the sacred shrine of Prophetess N'mepoho , Kaloleni.
He was a father to the community and always responded to issues. He came to the rescue of Africkania elders when members of the Redeemed Gospel Church Kaloleni attacked elders who had gone to pray at their shrine in 2022. He contributed much of his time too to ensure that the Mwakiru Vigango puzzle was solved and members lived peacefully. He was to pass on later leaving the puzzle unsorted. ( View the video) He is seen dressed with a red shoulder wrapper. He is explaining to public about the spiritual relevance of Vigango among the Mijikenda community.
Mzee Masha Sirya has been a long time committed activist against the illegal trafficking of Africkania cultural religious symbols Vigango.
Gohu Masha Sirya died in a Mombasa hospital. He comes from Vishakani village Kaloleni sub county , Kilifi county, Kenya.
His departure has created a wide gap ever to fill. It's a live library lost to this generation.
