A1 is not “just beginner French”.

It is where you build pronunciation, sentence structure, listening habits and confidence.

Simple French needs structure too.

What do you think matters most at A1?

Studied French before?

Your real level matters.

Maybe you need to rebuild the basics.

Maybe you understand more than you can say.

Maybe you can speak, but need more structure and precision.

A1, A2, B1 and B2 are not just labels.

The goal is not only to know French.

The goal is to use it better.

A strong B1 class needs a strong A2 foundation.

The next Executive French B1 class will not start in September as initially anticipated.

After reviewing the pace of the current A2 classes, more time is needed for consolidation before moving into B1.

A new date will be confirmed later.

At B1, French begins to become more structured, more independent and more useful.

The goal is not perfect French.

The goal is to speak with more clarity.

To explain your work.
To give context.
To ask for clarification.
To reformulate.

To participate with more confidence.

A new Executive French B1 class is being prepared for September, for adults and professionals with an A2 foundation.

You do not need to understand everything.

You need to know how to respond.

At B1, learners begin to use simple phrases that help them stay calm in professional conversations.

Useful examples:

“Excusez-moi, je n’ai pas bien compris.”
“Pouvez-vous répéter, s’il vous plaît ?”
“Vous pouvez parler un peu plus lentement ?”
“Si je comprends bien, vous dites que…”
“Je peux reformuler pour vérifier ?”

This is part of professional presence in French.

Not perfect French.

Useful French.

At B1, learners begin to move beyond isolated sentences.

They do not only say:
“Je travaille dans une ONG.”

They begin to build a short, continuous story:

“Je travaille dans une ONG à Nairobi. Je suis chargé de la coordination de projets. Je participe parfois à des réunions avec des collègues francophones. Je veux améliorer mon français pour expliquer mon travail plus clairement.”

The goal is not complex French.

The goal is clearer, more structured and more useful French.

Building toward B1.

Building toward professional presence.

At A2, learners can often answer simple questions.

At B1, they need to do more.

They need to explain.
They need to connect ideas.
They need to give reasons.
They need to ask for clarification.
They need to speak with more independence.

This is where French becomes more structured, more useful and more professional.

At B1, French begins to support professional presence.

At A2, many learners can answer simple questions.

At B1, they need to do more.

They need to explain, connect ideas, give opinions, ask for clarification and speak with more independence.

That is why the transition toward B1 needs guided speaking practice.

Short answers become structured French.

A new Executive French B1 class is in preparation for September, for adults and professionals with an A2 foundation who want to speak with more structure, clarity and confidence.
