A feeling familiar to the overthinkers. You keep yourself busy throughout the day, to stay out of your head. You close your eyes at night, but you can't sleep. Your body is yearning for rest, but your brain is still working hard. You lay in pitch black darkness, yet your mind is wide awake.

Trapped in a prison of thoughts, new ideas, memories, unfinished tasks you still need to complete, random scenarios; all racing in at once. There's so much going on inside, but you know you can't express or explain any of it. It's in THIS moment when turning to Allah will restore the peace of mind you need.

Knowing that Allah understands everything that's in your thoughts without you having to utter a single word. Leaving all your affairs to Him, so you can finally feel some rest and relief. You don't need to carry all that stress when Allah is The One in control. 🤍

As soon as you realise that everything is truly controlled by Allāh you will be happier.

You need to internalise it. Every little thing is controlled by Allāh so if something goes wrong, something will go right and if you're sad today, tomorrow you will be happier.
