Have you ever paused for a while and looked back and seen how much you have offended God by your sins and yet you still look back and see how God has spared you from many catastrophies, and misfortunes? While others haven't seen the light of another day out of these, God has chosen you today to reflect about his DIVINE MERCY. Let us be merciful to others because we also live by the Mercy of God. The Mother of Jesus and St. Faustina taught us to trust in the Divine Mercy of God.

Dear brothers and sisters, we are on Holy Week before Easter which invites us to renew our commitment to Our Lord. Why? Because we have betrayed Him in various ways, we have denied Him in various ways: when we use the hammer more than the nail puller in our relationships with our brothers and sisters, that is, when we judge others instead of praying for them or helping them; and above all, when we fail to repent. Let us not let the rooster crow before we change. Let us not let the rooster crow before we ask God for forgiveness. Jesus told Judas to hurry and do what he wanted. Unfortunately, what he wanted to do was betray Jesus. And what about us? What do we want to do quickly? Let us do it.

We have God, as our Father, who is able to provide for us with ease. This is why we do not panic where troubling situations come. Think of all the troubling situations that have come your way. They are all in the past now. This shows you that God will always settle your situations, no matter what. Your only focus should be trusting in God. Nothing else.

Even though I don't cheer arsenal, for them to score Man city is a huge achievement

Our love of God is in our actions as much as it is in our thoughts. The love of God is active and practical, evident in how we live our lives. We are to keep the instructions of God at heart, and ensure that they are a part of our lives. It is hypocrisy to say you love God but live in a manner that is totally contrary to His will.

You reap what you sow. Nobody plants tomato seeds and expects them to produce watermelons. Likewise, we should not expect to produce the fruit of the Spirit if we plant seeds of selfishness, pride, and indulgence. Doing the things that encourage envy will not grow a spirit of kindness within us. Nor can we cultivate self-control by feeding our lusts. To produce the fruit of righteousness, we must walk in righteousness.

The word of God is so powerful; it is able to reform minds, compel hearts, and transform lives. When you read the word of God, or come into constant contact with God, through prayer, your life will never remain in the same way. The word of God contains life, and as we become exposed to it, that life comes into contact with our hearts and we are changed.

Trust in God can never lead to shame – that is a definite. If anything, trusting in God and choosing to be in line with his guidance will help us avoid a great deal of self-inflicted shame. As God's children, righteous in Christ Jesus, we can walk with assurance because our Father has ordered our steps. This gives us the strength to endure anything that comes our way.

Sin is dirty and foul – it is the opposite of all things holy. We cannot be joined with Christ when we are covered in the stench of unrighteousness. Without a savior, we would always be covered in our sins. However, the blood of Jesus can wash away our sins if we confess and seek forgiveness. This holy cleansing only comes from His mercy – it cannot come from anything we do. No matter how good we try to be, we receive this gift of cleansing simply because he is faithful and just to forgive us when we confess our sins.

It is better to be wise and walk in the counsel of the Lord. The words you speak and the advice you give will give life and restoration to those who are in need of it. When your words are based on the Word of God, you will be able to refresh the souls of many. But if you let foolishness lead your life, you will find yourself in many terrible situations. Folly leads to destruction; it never builds.

God has a plan for us. And sometimes, His plans are different from ours. Even the good things that we want to do may interfere with doing the better things that He has in mind for us. We must keep watching and listening for His instruction. And when we encounter obstacles, we must seek Him in prayer for further direction.
