BEHOLD!!!!
The key recommendations include:
1. Ministry of Education to adopt a Comprehensive School system (PP1 — Grade
9) comprising Pre-Primary, Primary school and Junior School managed as one
institution. The term “Secondary” be dropped from the current Junior Secondary
and Senior Secondary School.
2. Kenya should prioritise investing in foundational learning to avert future crisis
in education. Basic literacy, numeracy and transferable skills such as social,
emotional skills ensures essential blocks for acquiring higher order skills.
3. Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) to reduce the number of
learning areas from 9 to 7 at Lower Primary; 12 to 8 at Upper Primary; 14 to 9 at
Junior School in order to address overload and overlaps. The learning areas at
Pre-Primary to be 5 and at Senior School to be 7.
4. Ministry of Education to discontinue the current categorisation of public
Secondary schools as National, Extra-county, County and Sub-county; and adopt
a categorization based on career pathways for Senior schools.
5. Rename Education Management Information System (EMIS) to Kenya Education
Management Information System (KEMIS); and the Ministry of Education in
collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and National Administration to integrate
registration of births and to capture students in tertiary and vocational institutions
as well as school-age learners who are out of school.
6. The Ministry of Education to establish Kenya School of Teacher and Education
Management (KeSTEM) to coordinate In-service training; and Kenya Teacher
Training College (KeTTC) to undertake administration of all Pre-service Teacher
Training.
7. To resolve overlapping mandate in Quality Assurance and Standards function in
Basic Education, transfer the Quality Assurance and Standards functions at TSC
to the Ministry of Education. In addition strengthen the Directorate of Quality
Assurance and Standards at the State Department of Basic Education.

10 Lessons From The Psychology Of Money

1. Building wealth takes time. More time than we may be willing to acknowledge. Think about Warren Buffet, who only became incredibly rich in his later years.

2. Sometimes it’s not your talent, your skills, your qualifications, your connections, or even how wealthy you are, sometimes it’s just luck. You gotta respect that. Think of Tony Elumelu. Be humble.

3. Some book chapters should be really short. Short chapters are easy to read. Not everything should be said in plenty of words. A word is enough for the wise, a short chapter is enough for the wise.

4. It is not so much about physical money, it is so much about what you think about money itself. The mindset is more powerful than the cash itself. Your mindset determines how much you can make, how much you can save, how much you can multiply, and ultimately, how happy you will be.

5. Stop buying things to please people who don’t care. And in many cases, people really don’t care. Society is always looking for the next gist, and you don’t want to always be the gist, except if you are contesting for a political position. Make your decisions based on inner convictions, not because you want to impress a neighbor who probably doesn’t care.

6. Be very careful about your attitudes towards money. It will determine how much of it you will make, control or use.

7. Always be optimistic. Pessimism never achieves anything. In the long run, only an optimist will still be around when the game is over. In spite of your present circumstances, whatever that may be, you need to believe that the future will be better. That’s what can keep you going.

8. Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear. But that’s not relevant for you, except you are the one driving the car. Be careful with the information you consume, not all of it is applicable to you.

9. Good things take time. Your investments, in knowledge, in skills, in money, and in relat

More than ever before, the COVID-19 pandemic has revealed the importance of digital connectivity for continued social-economic support and development. People who are well connected enjoyed a front footage as they continued with their social and economic life with little interruptions over the last one year.

Connecting every school and home to the internet is a critical first step towards providing every child with access to quality digital learning and opportunities online. Together, we can bridge the digital divide and leverage technology to reimagine education. It's not always enough to take a child to any school, it's the resources available that determine methodologies of teaching and it's the methodologies that determine how much a learner retains or absorbs from educational experiences
Step by step we can achieve transformed educational standing

HE PUSHED ME AWAY.
I went to BANK yesterday morning, as I was about entering the hall, a man ran ahead of me and pushed me away so he could quickly join the long queue before I will get to the queue.
I did not say anything, he thought I will queue up behind him but I was actually not there to withdraw, I went to deposit.
So I walked to the deposit teller and I was the only one there. No single person on the queue.
When I finished depositing, I was about leaving the hall, when this man came from the queue and apologized to me for pushing me away from the line.
With "sorry smile on his face" he said: I am very sorry for pushing you away, I thought you were coming to the queue to withdraw..............
I smiled and told him not to bother that it's not a big deal.
Friends believe me I learned a big lesson from that incident.
Who are you 'pushing' away and trying to outrun in the race of destiny, relationship, business, ministry, career, marriage, political position or appointment, etc?
How many People have you pushed aside, pushed away or pushed down in this platform or this life?
Are you among those that destroy people through pushing?
By slandering them, hindering their progress, blocking their promotion, lying, backstabbing, condemning them before their helpers, backbiting, discriminating, and spoiling their good names either through lies or rumor, all in a bid to 'get there' before them.
I challenge you today to take it easy because you might not be going to the same destination.
Unknown to you, the path may look alike but your destinations are different.
It might surprise you later that, with all the pushing away you are doing, or planning to do, they may still leave you on the 'queue' of destiny and go ahead of you.
Finally;
Has anyone ever pushed you away, aside, or down in your school, office, ministry, business, marriage, political platform, social media or in a religious societies?
Are they trying to push you away or have they pushed you away already so that they can get ahead of you?
Don't worry, God will use your case to prove to them that, "it is not of him who runs, but of the Lord that shows mercy. He will show you mercy and give you an overtaking speed and those who are pushing you here and there will later come and tell you they are sorry.
Beloved Brethren
Please push nobody! because you might not be heading to the same destination
