Tree Planting Exercise During Heavy Rains

Despite ongoing heavy rains, the school successfully conducted a tree planting exercise, turning the adverse weather into an advantage.

The event, which took place yesterday afternoon, saw students and staff braving the wet conditions to plant tree seedlings around the school compound.

The exercise aimed to enhance the school’s green cover, promote environmental stewardship, and demonstrate that conservation efforts continue regardless of weather.

Over the weekend the Grade 10 class accompanied by some members of staff went out for an orientation trip.

They visited the Kyamwilu Gravity site in Machakos, learning more about the gravity defying illusion of why water seems to flow backward or uphill.

They then proceeded to the Machakos Peoples Park where they joined other schools also visiting. They took part in various activities at the park and concluded the day by having a one on one meeting and cake cutting with the Principal.

During our closing day,we gathered with hearts full of gratitude to thank God for His blessings, guidance, and faithfulness throughout this second term of the year.
