Beyond all the rich history, geography, and cultural discovery, our Grade 8 and Grade 9 learners wrapped up every single day with pure excitement and relaxation!

Each afternoon, our students headed over to Pirates Public Beach in Mombasa for refreshing swim sessions in the ocean. Splashing in the ocean waters, enjoying the sea breeze, and bonding as a team made every afternoon exceptionally fun and memorable for everyone.

Our Grade 8 and Grade 9 coastal adventure continued with an unforgettable day of cultural immersion and practical geography in action!

For Day 3, our learners got to experience riding the Mombasa-Likoni ferry, gaining firsthand exposure to coastal transit and marine logistics. They also dedicated the day to exploring the rich heritage, traditions, and vibrant culture of the Swahili people along the coast. Understanding diverse cultures and seeing real-world infrastructure up close gives our students a broader perspective on history, social studies, and community life.

🌊 Coastal Educational Tour - Day 2 Highlights! 📍

On 11th July, our Grade 8 and Grade 9 learners took their coastal adventure to Malindi for another incredible day of hands-on historical and geographical exploration!

Day 2 was packed with discoveries as our students visited the famous Vasco da Gama Pillar, explored local heritage at the Malindi Museum, stood at the historic first Christian church in Malindi, and observed the unique ecosystem where River Sabaki meets the ocean. From centuries of maritime history to coastal geography, classroom lessons came alive in the most engaging way.

Day 1 was packed with rich learning, history, and nature. Our students stepped back in time with a guided historical tour of Fort Jesus, followed by an inspiring nature and eco-conservation walk at Haller Park in Mombasa. Experiential learning is at the heart of what we do, and seeing classroom concepts come alive in the real world is an unforgettable experience for our learners.
