The government has allocated 2.5B of the 332.5B to recruitment of teachers. There's a hundred percent transition of students from the primary to the secondary level thus more funds are needed to recruit more teachers to meet demand. More teachers are also needed to facilitate full implementation of the curriculum based curriculum.
