Cassava is one of the nutritious foods people in the recent years grew up eating. This current generation does not do that, if they do then just a few doπ€. And if they do, they have to either deep fry, or take it with sauce, or take it in form of porridge, that is the few who who do.
Considering that almost every kind of common food we know like maize, wheat, beans etc have been genetically modified, cassava remains as one among the few yet to be modified. I recommend that, whichever way you want to have it, do it.

Drinking warm water in the morning is a simple yet powerful habit that can boost your health. It helps to wake up your digestive system, making it easier to absorb nutrients and eliminate waste. Warm water also supports proper blood circulation, gently flushes out toxins from your body, and can relieve constipation. Starting your day with a glass of warm water can also aid in metabolism and promote clearer skin. It's a gentle, natural way to prepare your body for the day ahead.
