Meet our alumni😃
My name is Carlton Eric, from Nairobi. I am 21 years old, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies at The University of Nairobi. What I enjoyed most about the Busara Program was the sessions with our coach where I got to learn alot about both personal growth and career growth through learning more CV writing skills, setting goals, daily targets and how to present myself during interviews. Busara helped me become more self aware in terms of identifying my strengths and weaknesses. I also learnt the importance of goal-setting and working towards achieving my life goals everyday whether short term or long term. Having set my goals for the year, I look forward to the experience of working towards them.
