Our hospitality students recently participated in an educational field visit to a poultry farm, gaining valuable insights into poultry production, farm management, record keeping, farm profitability, poultry business opportunities and entrepreneurship.
At our institution, we combine classroom learning with practical industry exposure to prepare students for successful careers in hospitality, catering and entrepreneurship.

As cities grow and land becomes scarce, vertical gardening provides a sustainable solution for urban farming, improving food security and community empowerment.
This is a unique opportunity for our students to gain more than hospitality skills by learning organic farming and sustainable food production🌱👩🏽‍🍳
We believe in a farm-to-plate approach, empowering our future chefs to serve healthy, organic meals while promoting sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation.
